Friday nights - Strand Hotel happy hour (runs all night). Many expats, NGO's, business types gather there.

50th Street Bar & Restaurant - any night

Savoy Hotel - any night

50th Street, every first (or was it second?) Wednesday of the month. Yes, people hang out there every night, but a group called Myanmar Networking or so meets there once a month.
