p1p Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 Just noticed these two photos side by side in the Peking Duck thread. Was the one on the right taken recently? Note the dirty brown pollution. Season seems to be well advanced now. Only, what, 4 1/2 months to go before we can breathe clean, non carcinogenic air again.... This photo was taken yesterday. Note the obvious inversion layer keeping our brown gases nice and low to the ground here.

Still have blue sky and boring sunset colours here, but it seems to me that last year was worse in mid January
