Featured Replies

Can't find anywhere in Thailand where I can purchase these. Can anyone tell me where I can buy preferably online.I have tried a number of places and the sites I have visited have been very unhelpful. My prefered brand is sony but thier pretty looking site is useless.Have tried overseas sites but none of them will send to Thailand and that includes Amazon.

Took me thirty seconds. Pantip DVD

Thanks for that I should have mentioned that I don't go into the centre of Bangkok, but even online they don't have

Sony 8.5gb dvd's.On the odd occasion I go to Future Park Rangsit or Zeer at Don Muang. Not knowing other online stores

Doesn't help me much.

Nothing much in the way of 8.5gb discs listed on the invadeit website but send them an email and ask, I have found Thomas and his team to be very helpful and their online purchasing and delivery is second to none.

You asked for online and wrote that your 'preferred' brand was Sony.

So how on earth does it not help you??

I am sorry that you think i'm being ungratefull but nothing could be further from the truth. If you read the last paragraph in full,in hindsight I should have said " Me not knowing other online stores doesn't help me much ".As it turns out Pantip don't have what I wan't.Sorry for any misunderstanding.

For what its worth... just dug out a Sony +R DL disc and found that it was manufactured by Ritek, a bit surprised as single layer +R's are made by Sony themselves, and are excellent. Also checked a TDK +R DL and it also is made by Ritek.

Believe Verbatim make their own and would recommend them for a quality product. Just my opinion though.

Thanks for that.I was thinking Verbatim and they are available online.

Tesco Lotus sells these under its own brand. They aren't always in stock but are most of the time. Surprising, I know.

Saw some at the Office Depot at the Big C/HomePro Shopping Center in Bang Yai (Nanthaburi/western Bangkok)

Have taken your advice and have purchased Verbatim online from DVD-and-Media.com in the UK.
