I do not know if this has been reported yet The Portland Consulate has raised its prices for visas.

1. Tourist Visa $40.00 per entry up to 3 entries.

2. Non-O visa$ 80.00 single entry

3. Non-O visa $200.00 multiply entry

I've called on the Portland office several different occassions for either visas or just general questions. The lady who works there has always been more than helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. I would still recomend this office!

Having this discussion over in another thread, but do you have any idea what is required from the portland office in terms of acquiring an O-visa?

Is it possible to get this visa with a letter from a thai friend, or is it mostly being looked at as a retirement visa (which anyone under 50 is ineligible for)?
