I book a bus ticket to Penang through a tour agent two weeks ago. Come today when it's time for me to board my bus, the agent came and told me she forgot to buy my ticket and the bus is now full.

What a terrible business women. Please make sure that you do not cater to any of these tour and travel agents. They are located at the old bus terminal station 1.

You did get your tickets straight away once you paid for them when the old bus terminal was operating direct from the people who operated the buses, they had there businesses inside the terminal

They would have shifted to the new bus terminal once it was opened

Agents tend to be unreliable
