My CAT 3G has been down for several hours. Anyone else have problems?

Make sure you complain to the Tct and then we can see if they fine them like Dtac :)

The strange thing about it is that CAT and Truemove-H are in bed together. I'm using Truemove-H right now. No problems with it.

Finally back up.

Stayed working for about an hour and it is still down. I hope this is not going to be a regular thing.

Are you on True Move or True 3H ?

if true 3h is down it goes back onto true move

What does "down" mean, exactly? What devices are you using? You have an active My by CAT SIM, and an active TrueMove H SIM? In the same device one (TrueMove H) seems to have a signal and can connect to the internet, but the CAT SIM cannot connect? You've got the APN details configured properly? Turning off the device before removing and re-installing another SIM?

In theory assuming some sort of back-office (HLR) issue you could get TrueMove H while CAT is inaccessible. And, you should be getting signals from more than one tower.

What does CAT say when you call?

I didn't bother to call them. By down I mean that although I still have a signal both the air card and the MiFi say there is no Internet. Both work fine using the Truemove-H SIM. This morning Cat was working again.

I am in Jomtien at the condo now and am using the Air card with the Truemove-H SIM. I have a full signal but it is quite slow. It appears that I have exceeded my fair useage.

I feel fortunate that I have one tower up country at the house..

I had to switch from CDMA to My CAT last, and it's been a horrible experience. The speed after the initial 4 GB is intolerably slow at about 45 kbs. And to make matters worse, there hasn't been a signal since Tuesday. I think I'm done with My CAT. Does anyone have any other suggestions for users who need this type of service?
