January 28, 200620 yr I heard friday afternoon was usually quiet Sunday morning before 8 a.m. is usually very quiet. I used to do it all the time to view progress on my house. However this Sunday is Chinese new year, so there might be a bit of an exodus out of Bnagkok, but I still think before 8 am should be OK. Nobody gets up early on a Bank Holiday.
