Land Bought In Chaweng To Build Possibly A Small Mall

From what I know the central group ( same company that has central world and centara hotels ) has bought some land in south part of chaweng the area I am talking about starts from entrance way to top ( basically its the land on the right hand side ) and ends in front of the chaweng buri, from what I know they have leased the land for 30 years, on top of that as I know most of the shops are being torn down and people have to leave, you will see that the Via Vai has been torn down and other shops are being emptied out. Also construction on the land should start next year and finish in 1 - 2 years. From discussions I've heard a small mall would be developed being 2 stories high. Look forward to your comments on the matter
