Can anyone with experience advise me as to whether my girlfriend owning a house, various tracts of farm land and having a record of an entry and exit from singapore with myself is likely to cover the UK requirements as evidence of reason to return to thailand. She is a farmer and funded by myself and her sugar cane crops. Many thanks.

Whether an application succeeds will depend upon your girlfriend's circumstances in their entirety, but I think you're off to a good start. Certainly, the house and land ownership as well as an income from the sugar cane give her a valid incentive to return to Thailand.
