It's just a slang spelling of ค่ะ , and makes it a bit more informal . Seems there's quite a lot of these slang spellings where they add in an extra ร for no real reason. จร้า and กรุ (instead of จ้า and กู) are others you see all the time on fb. Maybe because ร is often dropped/silent when it's the second letter in a consonant cluster like this anyway.
