Youtube/kindle Problem

Is anyone else having trouble downloading video clips from youtube?

As of a week ago I am unable to download youtube videos to my Kindle Fire, although I am able to download from other sources. Any suggestions ?

I usually download youtube videos to watch on my laptop because my connection is too slow to watch most things on their website. But yesterday I wasn't able to download anything. I just got a very long error message that didn't make much sense. Maybe this is the same issue. I've no idea how to fix it though.

My main browser is GoogleChrome. It is now impossible to download from Youtube using this browser. Maybe it will be fixed. I am able to easily download Youtube videos using Firefox.

Thanks for the feedback. I wonder if it has anything to do with this Muslim video conflict?
