Titter Problems

I know it's just me, because I checked out downforeveryonrorjustme .com

For the couple of weeks, sometimes I can get Twitter, sometimes I can't. It isn't just a day by day thing - sometimes I'll get on in the morning and not the afternoon, or the other way around. I've tried everything I can think of - thought I had it beaten last week because I very cunningly googled twitter and instead of going to the main page went to the /tos page which came up straight away and when I clicked home there I was. But it only worked that once, now if I go in the back door and click home it just times out. Tried lots of the other admin pages found on google too, same thing. Not my computer - happens on the tablet as well as the laptop.

Anyone have any idea of the cause. No problems with any other site, and this has just started happening.
