The Best Visa For Me

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could help me with this question about the best type of visa I should be applying for! I´m a British national living currently in Barcelona Spain and will be moving to Thailand in December this year. I´m planning to stay there indefinitely with my girlfriend who is from the USA. I will not be working over there as I have a little on-line business that practically runs itself. I was wondering if anybody could advise me on what type of visa would suit me and my girlfriend to enable us to stay for the longest time possible? And also if there is any way I can apply for this visa from here in Spain on-line without having to travel back to the UK. If this is not possible I would like some advise on the best way to go about getting a long stay visa while I´m over in Thailand?

Unless you are over 50 years old you only qualify for a tourist visa.

Apply for a triple entry tourist visa that will give you 270 days in Thailand if optimized with extensions.

Later you can look into getting an education visa with one of the language schools that sponsor this forum.
