I am assuming since it is in pharmacies that the local doctors have it also. So with the prescription it is still really cheap 180 baht plus whatever the doctor charges. So get 10 packs and the doctor cost per pack? 20 baht.

Na, the real problem are the 'Cialis' guy's!

Many Cialis (tadalafil) Tabs are faked with sildenafil.

That means you get a 'viagra/kamagra' and assume, you can refill to the 100mg, every now and then, to again 100mg in your body, at the time you have a need, 'to use' it.

But as all of you probably know, sildenafil is a max dose from 100mg/24h, no refilling recommended.

• chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling;

Some people have problems that can require short and longer term fixes. A 70 year old friend of mine still has the desire and he needs a helping hand. With Kamagra he feels great and has a great sex life. With my BP so high in the recent past I too was happy to have a helping hand and I am happy to admit it. Those with cholesterol problems often need a hand too.

I see nothing wrong with it at all and the cost is certainly less than a beer. The effects last longer than 1 beer too

Normal healthy guys I know still get a big boost from Viagra. Also, Viagra is very expensive for a toy. I wonder what the Thai version will cost.

Unreal. I don't recall the exact price, but Viagra is really expensive. I'm thinking like US$9.00 per pill but I'm not sure. Maybe someone else knows.

I got a script for the Cialis that works for 3 days and my pills are 60 bucks for 6 of them and that is with my insurance paying. I think it was 160 for them with out the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. They are not cheap in the US and they would not fill that script here in Thailand unless I got a new Thai Script. I will go see my Doc here maybe tomorrow and see what he says about getting me on these ones. I shall report back on how that goes and how my Mrs reacts to me using them too. She thinks I take too long as it is.

If you are talking abut sidagra and have not taken it before; try half a pill first. They break easy enough.
