Monthly income method, like retirement visa. Not sure if can do with Non O marriage.

Combination your money her money?????

Visa visiting Thai wife?

Someone may have exact info about this, was married but never got visa per such.

Borrow some money from the Wife

Use 40,000 Baht a month income if you have it.

Failing that:

Go to Savanakhet Laos or KL Malaysia and get a Multi Entry Non Imm O Visa.

This will give a stay of up to 15 months but would mean a border run every 90 days.

I was in the same situation this year.

Ended up going to KL and getting a one year multiple entry as you only have to show a letter from the bank showing 100k (no seasoning required - have it there for a couple of days).

Good luck.

Without the money or income there is not one.

Unless you want to join a Thai Language School

You can get a 60 day extension from immigration to visit your Wife.

Would still have to leave Thailand, but you could try Savanakhet, Laos instead of KL if that would be better and no option within Thailand.

If you can't show over 400,000 savings in your account ( same account and keep more than 90 days before renew visa) or can't show that you have monthly income for 40,000, maybe you can think to apply student visa, and you can change visa in Thailand, no need to go to visa run.

The requirement is 2 months when using bank deposit for Thai wife extension.

(6) In case of marriage with a Thai lady, the husband who is an

alien must have an average annual income of not less than

40,000 baht per month or a money deposit in a local Thai bank

of not less than 400,000 baht for the past 2 months for expenses

within a year.

You do not show proof at Embassy - you sign under oath. But Immigration can later ask for supporting documents and that is when you would have to show them. Yes this is used for income outside of Thailand only (normally pensions). It is not used for local income.
