Can't Unsubscribe From Daily/weekly Digests

Recommended Posts

In my notifications settings, my "notify weekly/daily digests" have been de-selected for months now (maybe over a year). Nevertheless, my email gets bombarded twice a day with the digests. How can I turn this off? (By the way, the choice boxes are "grayed"--is there some connection here to my problem?)

Thanks for any insights,

FH

Perhaps I'm a bit thick about how this works, but . . .

Under: My Settings --> Notification Options ....

I do not see a "forum tab."

Are we talking about the same thing?

Click on the drop down menu next to your name at the upper right hand corner. A box will open choose "Content I follow"

its in there

I checked there early-on, and the message I get is "Sorry, we could not find any content you are following."

Is there a third option/possibility why I am getting these twice-daily digests? Incidentally the digests appear to be the "top stories" of the half-day covered by each digest.

Not sure if you are talking about the ThaiVisa newsletter, Best Thaivisa Topics of the day, or just forum digests. Could you please post a part of the email here?

Thanks!

BINGO! George. It was the ThaiVisa Newsletter that was posting the twice-daily digest. I found the "unsubscribe" option and clicked it. Mystery solved. Thanks. FH
