In my opinion it's not... you can already see how hot it gets... and it will be much worse. You want to be higher in Latitude to reduce the Sun angle of incident (The angle sun rays hit the surface). I think somewhere around 40° North or South would do. Much milder winter and not so brutal summers. -

IMO, this is one of the only useful and helpful comments on this thread. This is the same thread discussion as occurred in June when the same story was published, the same hysteria. Nothing new, nothing has changed. Any member making a life choice or decision based on this "news" , is IMO, very unwise to do so. E.g. the members saying they will leave the country, or spend less than 180 days. Don't make any rash decisions until time has passed, and anything actually changes. Right now, it's all speculation. -

I did look into it and the P2P lending . They had extremely high risk options at 15 % interest and safer options at 5 % and numerous interest rates/risk rates in between . I bottled it and stuck in an ISA 🙂 -
