There is no way the EU will refuse membership to a democratically elected Scottish government. Who, as I'm sure you know, was a Scottish general in the 17th century and is known as 'Bluidy Tam' for his violent suppression of the Scottish Covenanters. So what did he say? Well, in 2003 he said that Tony Blair was "unduly influenced by a cabal of Jewish advisors." That is a racist slur; a Guardian article, so you wont believe it.
