vacationman
Hello, I'm looking for a company here in Thailand that PRINTS Card Decks... Like a Poker Card Deck with 52 cards. Have found many printers in China but no luck yet for a printer in Thailand. Your help is appreciated. Thanks...

p_brownstone
I believe printing of Playing Cards in Thailand is a Monopoly held by a Government Organisation so it's doubtful you will find a private Printer. Patrick
AyG
From the Playing Cards Act of 1943 "No person shall produce or import of playing cards without permission of the Director-General." Full act in translation at http://www.thailawonline.com/en/thai-laws/laws-of-thailand/283-playing-cards-act-be-2486-1943.html
harrry
Thailand is one of if not the largest producer of playing cards in the world. It supplies the cards in most casinos. You need to have a licence as a casino etc for them too print cards for yo and in general cards are not permitted in Thailand except I believe 2 packs for private use on which tax has been paid. I've been here over 40 years and never even imagined that Thailand was a / the major Printer of Playing Cards worldwide. Another "Hub" for Thailand I guess but definitely something one would never have thought of.
