Popular Post firestar
usual rambling all the Thais fault. We farangs never cheat, none of us would even dream of cheating on our girlfriends. All the farangs in the bars. All single And obviously if their GF found out and stabbed them 50 times we would sort of understand her since he was a cheat.. DonHo
How does "Benoit" become "Beyond"? He must have snuck up the stairs with the knife to catch him in the bedroom like that. He probably did suspect something and that's the reason for the surpise visit home. I wonder if that's the lady sitting with him at the police station? Payboy
Meanwhile, Ms. Patcharaporn was studying for a master’s degree at Ramkhamhaeng University, where she became acquainted with the Thai lawyer. Where does this leave all of those members who bang on and on about having girls with Master's degrees being so much better than those evil bar girls....? Oh, you mean the Master's debaters. When Mr. Macos saw his girlfriend with other man, he got angry and made trouble." Pattaya Daily News. You've gotta hand it to the cops, they've cracked this one. Payboy
By Thai LAw if it was a Thai man doing this he would get off any charges because here if you find your wife in bed with another man you are ligally ok to do what you want since it your house. but since it happend to a Canadian (farang) well different story he will enjoy the Bangkok Hilton for a while and than the Canadian Embassy will take care of him to get him out quietly, From the article: When Mr. Macos saw his girlfriend with other man, he got angry and made trouble. Initially, the police restrained Mr. Macos and charged him in an accusation of killing another person intentionally, and then brought him to the police station to do the master plan of confessing and put him into jail. 'Nuff said.
simon43
I never heard that it was a crime to have sex with someone else his wife. Not a criminal act, but it is clearly defined in Thai law as a civil offence, and the cuckolded party can claim damages from any person who has sex with his/her spouse Simon

I've got nothing against bargirls, they serve a purpose but the words bargirl and slag are a little more closely related, considering being a complete slag is the #1 trait of their chosen profession, don't ya think? pattaya_girl
I feel sorry for the Canadian Guy, he lost his temper and killed this Man. How sad !! We all lose our tempers at times, but this man went overboard, in a rage of jealousy..... If i was the judge, I would give him a reduced sentence and call it a crime of passion !!! Still deserves to be locked away for taking a life, but the circumstances need to be put into consideration. I hope the Canadian made out a Will, and I hope he has some other relatives, for his assets, and I hope the Thai lady does not get anything, she does not deserve any, after what she has done. dude007
This must have been one special 42 year old Thai women, to ones life in the rubbish and spend the rest of your life in a Thai prison. It seems obvious this guy is/was not in sound mental state to do such a thing. Thinking about it, as unfortunate as it is, let the Thai prison system have him, and get him out of society all together. harsh idea from you. I am pretty sure that in European courts, with a good layer, he probably gets away with it of with a small [symbolic] punishment... After all, he saw his entire world falling down in a matter of seconds... Where did het get the knife from?

Hahahaha..... Dear oh dear... OK, I'll explain seeing as you've not been here long. I was expressing the irony in that one finds a fair few members here who like to rattle on about how their girl must be a good girl because she is educated as opposed to bar girls with no education who are all the spawn of Hell..

Not a criminal act, but it is clearly defined in Thai law as a civil offence, and the cuckolded party can claim damages from any person who has sex with his/her spouse Simon No problems here, ill pay the usual bar fine I mean cheating happens the world over and i don't feel its the guys fault at all. If my wife cheats its her fault not the guys. Maybe even my fault for not satisfying her, or maybe i cheated on her ect ect. Guys reacting so fiercely here might be those sending monthy money to a girl or in a relation based on money. Many of those young cuties with their older guys cheat. My friend was having sex with a real looker. Later he found her facebook that she was in a relation with an older guy. Only thing he said, just protect your pictures better you get "tagged on pictures a lot your bf can see it". I really don't blame guys doing other guys wives. They wives are the guilty ones its not like they are raped. Obviously they are not getting what they need out of their current relationship.
noob7
The lady in the video, is that a interpreter, or the 'Gig' of the late lawyer? By the way, taking in account, what a Thai men would say in a situation like this: It wasn't the fault of the Canadian! If the other man wouldn't have been there, nothing would have happened! I think, he should walks on bail and pay the wife/family of the deceased 3 Million baht. It isn't a policemen, so should be definitely enough, to let it 'go away'!
epicstuff
If you ask me, its 100% the slags fault,,, Thai guy is a guy, we all sniff out pussy when it flashes a green light. and who knows what story she spun , maybe didnt even know they had a relationship....The Canadian .... well one might have understood his action alittle more if it was just a beating or a single stab wound but 50 times has taken him to a different level of psychopath in my book , must have been getting wound up over a period of time, for one he must have suspected lies from his GF to even want to sneek back without telling her .. thats not normal in a loving trusting relationship.... I hope she get some blame but I doubt it.... Edited November 11, 2012 by epicstuff

MaxYakov
What an idiot. Not worth ruining your life over some slag. He would have been better off kicking out the 42 year old girlfriend and replacing her with a 21 year old. He should have replaced her with TWO 21 year olds to make up for her 42 years!
