Getting Some Bits Chromed

Featured Replies

Hiya.

Any bikers or drivers out there ever needed to get anything chromed?

(Or ditto powder-coated, while we're on the subject?)

I'm wanting to make up a light-bar for my bike and want it all nice and shiny.

Ta in anticipation,

Rob

Why not try Ohm's motorcycles, Ring Road, Chaweng Noi.

They are big Harley enthusiasts and although I doubt they do it there they may know somewhere that can chrome.

I'd actually come to this sort of conclusion already - taking the bits to a repair shop rather than trying to do it myself.

I'm sure they all know the score - although I'm going to check several of them to see what they quotes are first!

Cheers

Rob, have you tried the metal workers who make the chrome gates etc?

Ah - good thinking. I'll ask around in that direction, too. But - if memory serves - they're all painted, not chromed?

Worth a try, though, thanks.

Rob, there are quite a lot of chromed ones also. If memory serves me correct, there is a place not too far from the court house on that side of the road that makes them.
