I don't know about mont blanc, but I got a refill for my cross pen at the office supply in Central KSK.

what pen refills you are looking at? the one in ksk have parker ballpoint and cartridges refills

You don't need to use Mont Blanc refills. I use Pelikan 4001 ink refills in my MB fountain pen. They fit perfect and are available

at B2S, third floor airport plaza.

If like me you cannot find a shop that sells them in Chiangmai, there are several Mont Blanc shops in Bangkok, at least one of which also does repairs.
