Multi Entry At Savanakhet Question

I currently have a Multiple entry visa based on Marriage which I got one year ago in Savanakhet and will expire soon. I have two question.

1. Are Savanakhet still issuing Multiple Entry Non O based on marriage ?

2. As I already had a Multiple entry from Savanakhet Last year will they issue another this year ?

Is there a limit to how many years you can get Multi Entry Non O visa (marriage) in Savanakhet? If so, are you required to return to your home country to apply?

No limits that I know of but things do change from time to time.

I am heading to Savannakhet this week and I am planning to stay at Daosavanh Hotel and Spa. Has anyone stayed in that hotel? Is it far from the Thai Consulate?
