Actually if you click the "contact us" (small print) at the bottom of the page, you can ask questions about Outlaws MC Bangkok. Apart from that , zero info as you said, but the site is aimed at 'bikers' so one can't expect too much.

if you zoom in a bit it is located between Suk Soi 2 & Suk Soi 4... google maps also shows it as being next door to Annie's Massage and just in from of the Raj Hotel, so if you can find either of those... it should be right next door.

Easiest way to get there is to walk up Soi 2 past the Marriott and keep on going. After a short walk you will see Annie's on your left. Turn left into the parking lot, go past Annie's and the bar will be on your right.

The Annies refence has got the location for me, obviously has a good following, new bar sounds worth a try. Personally i class that as Nana area.
