This photo is a man and I am curious to know the diagnosis of his condition.

Is it curable ... able to operated on ... will recur ... from childbirth ... what caused it?

Most probably a form of Neurofibroma. Genetic in origin. No definitative "cure" but some treatments are available including , in some cases, surgery.

I looked the condition that you mentioned above ... WOW ... never have seen anything like that before.

Compared to this, he has a milder condition.

One guy in particular has a lot on his face, almost covered.
