A Rose

speaks of love silently,

in a language known

only to the heart...

Beautiful.

Sorry run out of likes.........pending.

I wish I was younger but I do remember the language of love.

Beautiful days, never to come back again.

I was touched by those roses and I'm being silly now, sorry.

Never mind.

Just had a silly moment myself.

Can happen, while browse your own photos...

They eat insects and frogs I believe?

No I'm thinking of the Nepenthes

That 1st pic looks like a dog with its head tilted....Might sound odd but that's what I saw/see. Maybe its a dog orchid.,,,,nope it's not, just googled it, there is such thing though.

Shaggy, same same but different, this is 2013 KK flower show.

But I thought it was a let down.

It needs much improvement and more variety of flowers to reach some acceptable standards

TP,it looks exactly the same set up as the one from last year.If you hadn't of said it was from 2013 I would of thought it was the same one that I went to.

Sure is CB,can't remember if it was one of Mrs Shaggy's or one from our friend NaNang who has a small Jasmine farm.

Another one from KK flower show.

Did you darken the background?

I do all my pics in RAW CB,so I probably did do a little something with the background.

Think was more a case of me taking the exposure from the flower though, that's why the background looks darker.

Just a pity I didn't take more notice of the focusing sad.png

This just opened today, the third year in a row I have got it to bloom, having a senior moment on its name, but it is quite a common wild plant, in Thailand, but rarely blooms... must be my green thumbs!!! biggrin.png

It stinks like rotten flesh after dusk... bah.gif

Some more flowers I picked up this morning.

I think the last 2 are weeds.

They seem to grow up everywhere, but don't think it's their season yet.

Thanks.

Keep seeing them all over the place and thought they are weeds.

They come in many different colours and I do think they are beautiful.

yep, in the colder climates you would dig up the tubers (hope that is the right term... so many years since I have had to use the term....facepalm.gif ) for the winter.... but here they seem to do well just about anywhere from dry to very wet conditions... Never seem to see them for sale in nurseries, so a matter of splitting off pieces from a "mother plant"..... from any one who has some...wink.png

Here's some purple fountain grass in my garden, just starting to set flower.... another plant easy to divide....
