Bangkok Taxi Cheaper Than Vfs Global Internet Usage!

We visited the UK visa submission agency VFS Global recently and had to re-enter an application on the UKBA web-site using the VFS internet room.

The reason we had to re-enter the application was because if a child needs a family visit visa, you don't use the obvious Family Visitor selection, you must select Special Visitor!

Nowhere on the web-site are you told this, and when you enter the date of birth, having selected Family Visitor, the system doesn't flag the 'error'.

The data collected was the same, as far as I could see............

They charge 10 baht per minute and it took 30 minutes. Our taxi ride to Don Muang afterwards, which took slightly longer, was half the price!
