Plasma Tv Repair

Featured Replies

We left a LG plasma TV in the basement shop at Big C 6 weeks ago and it still has not been repaired

My wife rang them today and was told it could be another 6 weeks before its repaired as they are waiting on a parts for ours and another 10 TVs with the ones

sitting on the floor waiting to be repaired by the look of things

Does anyone know of a shop that repairs plasma TVs in Phuket that gives quotes and has reasonable prices

Six weeks is ridiculous.

A Samsung one broke outside warranty and they had it fixed inside 3 days, free at the official service centre.

Did you try and find the official LG service centre?

tel 076-246-535

LG service centre in town.

Call 089-8673420. The man's name is Por. He can fix anything electrical and he fixed my Plasma TV.

You may have to wait for parts he will order from Bangkok.

He is Rawai based and his work-shop is on Viset road.

Just had the same problem. Called LG service center and they had van to house same day. Took TV away and called back later to advise power board and would be returned next day which it was. Cost 1800 thb which I thought was reasonable especially as we live Laguna area. All in all very good service.

My neighbor is PCA who allows me to use his WiFi as i do not have a connection myself

He just told me that the shop at big C quoted him approx 6k baht to fix the TV

He took it to the LG agent and left it with them as they already new what was wrong with it without checking

After waiting to hear from them for 2 weeks he rang them and was told it needed a new screen at the cost of 15k

The tv originally cost 24k and by the time they stopped selling the same model it was reduced to 16k for a brand new tv

He told them to forget it

Don't make us laugh.

PCA your neighbour?

You were rumbled a long time ago nedkellylives.
