Need New House - Urgent

Featured Replies

Next month I will resign from my job and need a hew house in Hua Hin with 3 rooms - max rent about TB 8.000 per month.

Any recommendations where to look?

Thank for your help.

What do you mean by "3 rooms"? Do you want a three-bedroom house, or would two bedrooms plus living/dining/kitchen area -- like a townhouse -- be adequate?

Two bedrooms plus living/dining/kitchen area -- like a townhouse -- enough

I'd turn the question around and ask where do you want to live? Then all you need to do is to walk or ride around the selected area and call numbers outside suitable looking properties. Taking a Thai with you to make the calls on your behalf will overcome the inevitable language problems. Good luck !

I found that it all comes down to how many air conditioners you want.

For example I wanted a two bedroom with A/C in both rooms and A/C in the living room.

I looked at a whole bunch of places and only one of them had A/C in all three rooms where I wanted it so I moved in immediately.

Thanks for the tips, looks like that I will need to drive around again sad.png

8K per month is tough in Hua Hin...I know a girl who works for a large real estate agency, and it took her a long time to find a place she would live in for that budget. She hasn't had water there for the last 2 days, mind...

half of hua hin has been without water for the last two days mind.......
