A friend of mine bought a 2003 Isuzu four wheel drive with an automatic transmission. He asked me what a couple of the buttons were for. One says PWR and the other says 3RD. I had no idea and told him I would ask the TV Isuzu experts.

PWR will enable you to rev higher in each gear, kinda like a sport mode.

3rd will start your truck off in 3rd gear and shut off at a certain speed, it's used for when starting on a slippery slope, Ice, Mud etc. so you don't wheel spin.
