Step son lived with father until end of grade 6 then went to live with mother. So I take it grade 6 is 11 to 12. He is 15 now. If his birthday is Oct then he would finish grade 6 in March 2010, right. That means if my calculations are right he went to live with his mother in March 2010 when he was 12. British Embassy are saying he only went to live with his mother from Dec 2011 so has only lived with mother one year and turned down a settlement visa based on that. My wife maintains as do I that he lived with her 3 years. I think the British Embassy need to go back to school and learn some simple maths.
