Poll On Not Drinking In Pompeynicks Pfc Bar

Pompeynicks offers to help newbies to this forum (with the sole motivation of getting them to drink in his bar) are shallow and annoying. I’m sure he could find a more productive way of increasing his customer base by creating a banner link on this forum on a pay per click basis, as apposed to signing off with 'come and see me at my family pub, 'the pfc', and I will offer you help, advice and charge you 100B for a bloody ham roll.

I couldn’t be bothered to bring up the poll. FYI though, it's at the bottom of the page. It may be hard to find though as the button is not very clearly marked.... it just says 'new poll'.

Hey, Nick.... I'm only pulling your leg and trying to make a point by posting this rather pointless topic, in retribution. No offence intended, honestly. Just my way of making a point in a light hearted fashion.

Khun Jean also winds me up as he usually has something bad to say about this fantastic little island. Whenever I read some of his posts, I too get tired of his ramblings of drunks, violence, over development etc etc. I wish he would lighten up and go easy on the place. However, he does have some interesting points to make, and knows the island very well. Usually when someone posts about "where can I find....", he replies with useful lengthy info (after having a moan that is). But at least he has the time to reply with proven qualified answers, as apposed to "come to the pfc, and I will help".

So come on mate, take it easy. Forums are full of good and bad....just like bars. I'll bet if he sat in the corner of the pfc complaining how crap the island is, you would not put a white board up with a similar poll; 'should we ban KJ from my bar" if he was spending a 1000B a day.

Again, nothing personal to you nick, please take this as lighthearted.... as it is. I’m not having a go, just making a point and having a laugh whilst doing so.

Further more, it is not up to board members to decide who goes and who doesn’t.

To summaries, KJ iritates me with his complaints, I disagree with his views on the island. However, I’m sure I irritate other people with some of my views, but I would fell pretty p***ed off if a board member formed a campaign to get me banned. That’s up to the mods, and if you read the board rules, he hasn’t broken any.

So came on man, take it easy. KJ is full of c**p when it comes to his views on the island (IMO), but he's probably an allright guy, so lighten up and mind your own business.
