Hi, hi I have a non immigrant visa who will end on March 30, today in few hour I leave the country by sir and come back tonight so on 28 March, and does it means it will give me 1 month tourist visa so a visa will be valid till 28 April or my visa will not change and end on March 30 even with my sur travel today?.

Slightly confusing opening post,what type of non immigrant visa do you hold,single or multi entry ?

As surely if its a multi entry and you enter before the 30th of March you will receive 90 days again ?

Is that not what you are trying to achieve by flying in and out before it expires.

Sorry, I hold a multiple entry on my visa class it's written rew - re (not sure cannot read), last time I left by air on Feb 25 my visa has not be extended and I have to leave by March 30 like original visa. So I take plane this morning and hope that I will get a tourist visa valid 1 month start today and not again my original visa finish on March 30, please advice, thanks

If you only received 30 days on your last entry, then you are not on a Visa. You are on a Visa exemption.

When you return to Thailand by air again, you will receive another 30 day Visa exemption.

You got a stamp from an office before travelling to Thailand.....on the original Non Immigrant Visa if it says 30th March then you will receive another 90 days as long as you write the visa number on the immigration card on your return.

Worst case you will get 30 days visa exemption.

Sounds like you are on an extension of stay. On the last time you entered did you have a re-entry permit? If you did, it would only give you permission to stay until your original prmission expired. If you leave and reenter without a reentry permit you should get 30 days by air.

Here officer say that I cannot get 30 days but get only 2 days as I need to finish my visa so if I leave today I have only 2 daya

Tatia, it is a bit difficult to understand you situation because you don't seem to know the correct terms for the various stamps you have in your passport. It appears that you have a current permission to stay until 30 March and a re-entry permit valid for multiple return journeys to Thailand valid until 30 March. This means that on a return trip to Thailand on or before 30 March you will receive permission to stay again until 30 March, because this is how a re-entry permit works.

You can try, on your return to Thailand, to write a dash (long horizontal line) into the field for visa on your arrival card and with some luck get a visa-exempt permission to stay for 30 days, but there is no guarantee. If the immigration officer asks you why you did not write the number of your re-entry permit, tell him that you would like cancel the re-entry permit and instead get the visa-exempt stay of 30 days and see if he will give you this.

Thanks for the help, I just cancel the flight, officer understand, instead of I will leave on 31 and back on the same day. So I need to have a booking to another country to show to airline company in kl on 31 as they will not accept to board me if I have only 1 way ticket to thailand? Thanks

When I did my last extension I left the country during the 30 days 'under consideration' period (with a re-entry).

When I returned the day before the re-entry ran out the officer asked if I wanted 1 day or a visa exemption. I took the 1 day as I was going to immigration that morning, but it does show that the officers don't blindly follow the re-entry dates if it is to the advantage of the passenger to stamp a visa exemption.
