In the very near future, I want to go to the Philipines (Clark Airport) for business,. I intend to fly out on a single ticket. I might only be there two or three days, or maybe a week, if I am there say three days, can I get a flight back to Bangkok the following day quite easily? Maybe by booking at the airport.

Yes if you travel naked, calculate the up up price if you have check-in luggage etc.

Not if you have an ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration) card.In fact you don't even need the card as it will be stamped in your passport anyway!
