LOL. I don't want to disagree with anything in case we start to fight.

IMO the fructose theory is exaggerated. It depends on how much is consumed and in the context of the rest of the diet.

Most fruit is about half fructose. There's no way I'm going to give up fruit because of suggestions that fructose will damage the liver. It's a natural sugar (along with glucose) that your body can handle perfectly well in reasonable amounts. This also has to be taken in context of the complete picture (diet).

They are talking added sugar, i have read somewhere that fructose from fruit is different.

Sounds like a good theory, but i have a hard time adhering to most of them
