World News is restricted to mods & admins or else we would get overrun with topics about a pedestrian arrested in Kansas for jaywalking. Bit of an exaggeration but believe you get the drift. biggrin.png

However, if you find something that is of significant importance for world news you can PM a mod or Admin to evaluate.
