Using Peganum Harmala to improve BPH symptoms
I found @simon43's idea interesting and tried to read up on it. This turned out to be not so easy. Peganum Harmala is recommended for a lot of things. So, 2 questions to OP: 1.What exactly is the 1g/day that you are taking? You say it's on Lazada, can you post the link, please? 2. Are you still taking it and does it still work? In case you stopped, did the symptoms come back?
