I have the first (six months) oil change for my new Ford Focus coming up next week here in Pattaya.

Do I have to call for an appointment or do I just go in? Anyone know the number of the Ford service department in Pattaya?

Better call them and book, we did when the 1000km oil change was up on our Ranger.

It was busy when we were there.

You don't have the no yourself? You don't need to call the service depm. just call whoever at Pattaya Ford you have been dealing with and she/he will arrange the service time and call you back.
