Featured Replies

Not a wall mounted oven....

not a table top burner connected to bottle like all thai kitchens have...

I want a Stove like we all have back home, not need fancy stainless steel just a normal kitchen stove top with oven below gas preferred but electric will work as well....

I've never seen in Thailand before.....

Like this in picture...

Self cleaning prefered...

Sure I've seen them in the bigger HomePro on the bypass (HomePro Chalong - don't think so). There are a few gas supply shops that sell appliance have a very limited range - Lucky Flame is the make I use. I buy from the authorised agent in Phuket town. Round the corner from the Phuket Post Office in Thalang Road just before the park.

Yes, Lucky Flame is a manufacturer's name. That gas store stocks at least one stove at all times. And yes, they have a lot of dual burners. Stoves are not so popular with Thais.

Homepro Chalong used to stock the Zanussi brand but I haven't looked for a while.

I saw some, although years ago now at the Big C by Central. LPG oven and cooktop. I thought about getting it, but didn't know where I'd put it. It wasn't a big western style one though...

I just finished building my home in Nai Harn and while I was building it I searched around for all my appliances and wanted to have a free standing stove (gas) with an oven and preferably a broiler. I found that HOMEWORKS, across from Central Festival, had the biggest variety and the best prices. I went to the Lucky Flame distributor in Phuket town and found that HOMEWORKS had the same Lucky Flame stove for a better price. I bought one from them. I also bought another second hand (Sanyo) from a woman that has a broiler in it. There are nicer models that start at about 30,000 baht. The Lucky Flame does the same job for less than a third of the price. House and Home also had some different models, both gas and electric.
