Lets hope your not just going to be known as one season wonders!!
mjj Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Yet still they might win more than you in the previous 2 seasons. 1
MrRed Posted April 23, 2013 Author Posted April 23, 2013 Really? Why did you only mention the previous two seasons? Why not mention the previous 5? 10? 20? forever?
HeavyDrinker Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Bring back Frannie Lee and his bog rolls....
MrRed Posted April 23, 2013 Author Posted April 23, 2013 Malcolm Allison is what they need...someone who knows how to sport a hat! City built on selling bog rolls ....
nev Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Yet still they might win more than you in the previous 2 seasons. Champions 5 in the last 7 years, one champions league and two times finalist aint to bad.
nev Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 City will have a huge job ahead off loading some players so they can strengthen, yes they are in decline everyone thought they would go forward after last season but they didn't, they will be up there challenging again next season but so will Chelsea Spurs and Arsenal.
MrRed Posted April 23, 2013 Author Posted April 23, 2013 Yet still they might win more than you in the previous 2 seasons. Champions 5 in the last 7 years, one champions league and two times finalist aint to bad. But you need to win a domestic cup now nev then you can be still a team on the up like Swansea.
carmine Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 ridiculous thread. It comes across to me as a rightly felt deep insecurity about the inevitable retirement of Alex Ferguson. Enjoy your day chaps.

LeungKen Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 With the sudden plethora of "Decline" threads, all that remains is :- "The 'Dale in Decline"
MrRed Posted April 24, 2013 Author Posted April 24, 2013 With the sudden plethora of "Decline" threads, all that remains is :- "The 'Dale in Decline" Well then MrBojangles could kill two birds with one stone on this thread
smokie36 Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 Can't believe mrboj didn't beat me to it.....so here you are....enjoy Nads.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vldP9YgX6x0
mrtoad Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I like this thread, but it sort of suggests that City go to th Summit, which isn't really the case - No Champions League Trophy, and not retainig the title. Anyway, I doubt we'll ever see a Spuds version of this.

Chicog Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Whatever happens there is going to be a bumper transfer spend this summer. Premiership revenues are doubling, the two big Spanish clubs are looking to buy some marquee names for stupid money (along with Arab), the Premiership teams finishing from 12-17 looking to consolidate their place at the trough, etc....
smokie36 Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 So who do you buy? Trouble is finding quality players at any price from a club prepared to sell them. Can't see it being that busy in England.
sharecropper Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 After all the hubris about Moyes and Fergie this is hilarious news. But - other than being a totally dislikeable individual, who seemed unable to control the ridiculous egos he overspent on, what was the straw that broke the camel's back here? Why is he likely to be sacked?

HeavyDrinker Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Hahahaha! Even if they win this they've shown they are not going to be anywhere near United next year... hahahahahahahahahahaha 1
sharecropper Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Great goal. I hope they can hold on to give Mancini the send-off he deserves.
