I know where to get ceviche!

There are quite a few latinos working in professional jobs around the island. They are probably a bit scattered but they are here I know of a handful of Venezuelans, there are a few Mexicans ...and other south Americans...

PM me. Grew up in South America. (So, almost latino). Cerveza, menudo, empanadas, ceviche, arepas, chicha....hungry now?

I would rather come to comida con tu rather than a PM

All these years here and I only met one Ecuadorian. A chef who owned Cha3 near Wachira. Closed, unfortunately.

Misterman, do tell where........

Wife and I are thinking of opening a small evening only restaurant and it will have Latin American food and desserts. Now if I can only rent that damn 3 story shophouse.........

Those tv members who want to brush up on your Spanish, we could get together once in a while. Just a suggestion.

It would be great if you could make a real South American restaurant with no fuss, just taste.

My current ability to speak Spanish follows the amount of alcohol in my blood :) I had to learn the basics in the hard way while backpacking in the South- and Central America. Growing hunger was a great motivator to learn how to pronounce the double ll while trying to order some chicken.

Wow,some really horrible strangulations of the Spanish 'lengua' going on here!

Anyway,The Philippines is a better place to find Latinos.I was in Cebu in 2011 and met many Latinos/as who are now my very good friends from El Salvador,Colombia,Argentina and Venezuela!

I met some Mejicanos at a friend's house party also.smile.png

A Mexican guy came online last year asking if there were any latinos here. Many answered, spoke of food, then left. Never to be heard from again. ¡Qué raro!
