Yes there are more healthy options available these days for take aways but still there seems to be a correlation between how much we spend on fast food today compared to the 60s and 70s. Further there was definitely not as many fat people in Australia in those days as there is now.

Seriously, don't you miss the days when you could pig out on fish & chips, a nice big greasy burger or a barrel of Kentucky Fried Chicken, a meat pie etc, and not feel bad/guilty?
I don't feel guilty at all when I eat junk food.

I quite enjoy the occasional junk food as long as agrees with me.

I am not as strict as you think.

As long as you are healthy and fit there is no problem with eating a bit of junk and the same goes for a bit of alcohol.

The problem for many people is that junk makes up a huge proportion of their diet.

Over eating is also a big issue and that is probably even worse than eating junk food especially if it is on a consistent basis.

With the amount of gas i produce at a mere 5000 calories,

i can only imagine Michael Phelps at 12.000 won his swimming contests from his jet propulsion
