el jefe Posted May 7, 2013 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Most Lao ATM's charge a fee for using a foreign ATM card. When I was there in January it was either 6,000 or 8,000 kip. I have an ATM card from a bank that does not charge me a fee, ever, so I have no idea what the issuing bank may charge. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
