Triple quoting yourself... the text-book engineer in you completely ignores the human facet of these issues - people are stupid enough to get themselves in difficult (and kill themselves) in pretty much any situation they are faced with... Put 100,000 people in an empty room for an hour, and one of them will find a way to do something stupid enough to kill themselves.... .. and the same can be said for the roads - it doesn't matter how well engineered they are idiots will do something stupid. -

Just sniping one piece from your post. I align. Already had one hip replacement and back issue etc etc . I love Thailand but annual extensions not easy for many folk. Esp as I deal with CW. Soon will be using Agent. Maybe one more extension DYI. Zero money issue. That's not the problem. -

Still love your Country?
I'm in the US at the moment dealing with one of my properties. The cost of home repair has reached a level of insanity. Just plain stupid. Thailand has many faults and I'll never consider it truly as my home but I love it there compared to the west. I'll be doing a home improvement in Thailand where no permit is required and the cost will be probably 10% of what it would cost me in the US. -

Find me a bend or any road for that matter where Thai people do not drive over the line. Just last week I saw a wreck with a big bike and a pickup truck where they collided going opposite directions. Why did this happen? Because there was land slide around a bend and instead of slowing down and proceeding with caution they both went full speed in the middle of the road. Moreover, Just yesterday I go left around a sharp bend on my bike and there's a pickup truck who was halfway in the right lane making his turn, simply because it was more of a direct line for him then staying in the left lane. I swerved and avoided him but still wtf.... You can't fix these people and you can not make me care when they crash and kill themselves. If you're too stupid to understand why you should drive on the correct side of road then how are you a life worth saving? -

But just a heads up, there’s a lot of fake stuff out there, so you wanna make sure you’re getting something legit. I’d say stay away from any random pens that seem too cheap or sketchy. If you’re looking for a better, cleaner option, I've tried thca disposable pens, and they’re much more solid. Just make sure you’re not getting anything with weird additives or cheap chemicals.
