Insects Promoted As Protein Source For Thais

Some might want to consider the effects of meat-eating on their own intellect and the obvious lack of effect it can have......

And some who don't eat meat may want to consider their methane output.

I think you really don't know much about the human digestive system either....here's a clue - we are not ruminants

.in fact the change from hunter gatherer to grain farming (i.e. away from meat diet) was a crucial part in the development of human social nature.

But without eating cooked meat, humankind would never have developed the intellect to do that, hence my assertion.

Where on earth do you get your ideas from???? I think you really need to brush up on the chronology of the evolution of homo sapiens.

Good one. I'm just fine thanks.

For someone who thinks that cows are a real methane problem, I wouldn't be recommending reading material if I were you.

With all Thai rich, on decent wages, etc., etc. why is there this government emphasize on 'insects' to get enough 'protein' ?

Because it makes it seem like they care about the lower class, without giving up any of their Hi So fortunes. i.e eat for free, and don't bother us.

Oh dear....you really don't have a good perspective on things do you? I guess you are the kind that gets info from google ...try a search or two.

Although the UN is not my father, the UN FAO seems to be my mother with good health and food ideas. Download the 'cookbook' from here:
