< and he stayed up late at night everyday to discuss their movements with the police. Nonetheless, he said neither he nor Ms. Yingluck is particularly worried about their threat.> ....... What a complete Charlie.

Yeah .... if your not worried about it then why do you stay up late EVERYDAY to talk about it?

Damn, my initials are RDB. But my brother is starting a website in America for me to start posting stuff every night for Chalerm. He needs something to do. We have not heard anything he will fix in 3 months since before the first of the year.

"discovered that the plotters are the same movements that campaigned against the government of then-PM Thaksin Shinawatra in 2005-2006"

Maybe Dept. PM Pol. Captain Chalerm could ask Mathumbum party leader and MP General Sonthi. Rumour has it that he was the leader of the 2006 coup d'état, and chairman of the military junta after.

''The reporters asked him whether the society would be confused because there are many
names in Thai starting with "S". Mr. Chalerm said there should be no confusion because "people
already know him. He′s black and short".

Chalerm full of his usual nonsense, what issue is he trying to divert the public's attention from?

1. Rice mortgage scheme's scandalous losses.

2. Corruption with the proposed purchase of school vans, over 2 million baht each compared to the real price of 800,000 baht for old vans, only 12 seater and low ceilings. A typo in the figures 5555555

3. Doctors protest at Pradit's attempt to help private hospitals and drug companies.

4. Science Ministry's officials anger at The Minister's budget cuts in research.

5. Failure of the talks in the south.

6. The rising price of eggs.

What have I left out?

His attempt to strip the judiciary of power.

It would be interesting to know what he has on Thaksin and Yingluck that allows him to stay in politics.

I am sure Thaksin is not paying for ignorance he is quite capable of handling that end himself with the support of his world class lawyers.

Mr Chalerm, with people like you , as a minister in the Government of Thailand , who in real life, if you only knew , you would not be allowed to be in charge of a pig pen, you are the one of many from the PTP that is the achilles heel of Thailand , there is possibly about seventy thousand with the letter "S" that would like to see you and the PTP drown in a sea of Coc Sh!!t.bah.gif

Two many good things being said today I ran out of I likes.

With people like him in the government and talk of letting Jutuporn into the cabinet how can Thailand expect any reasonable lender to lend them 2.2 trillion Baht.

Amazingly arrogant the lot of them.

If he could prove it, instead of just stirring trouble with lies and seeds of doubt, he'd just come out and say the name.

But he can't because he knows S would sue his pants off.

Without a shred of evidence to boot !

I am in dispair. It begins to look as though this country is ungovernable. This is probably because the center of power is alwaysr encircled by a moras of greed regardless of political color who are green with envy and conspiring to oust the goverment so that they can return to their feeding frenzy themselves. Disgusting!

A Moodys downgrade

correct, and the one that will ruin Thailand when they chip in as well, will be 'S' for Standard & Poor. ;)

Or it could be that NO ONE is conspiring to do anything. Just Chalerm doing his job as head of the Ministry of Stupid Statements.

It's just as likely to be Spongebob Squarepants as Sid the Sexist from Viz.

I agree with the earlier guess of it being ... Scotch, but Mr. C couldn't even manage to finish sounding out the name as he was s. f...... p..... o.. o. h.. f...

S.... t... u. y... a... y.. s.... f...... w.....!

Rather than blaming the current government it must be all on the side line in their morass of greed. Of course all those 'farang traitors' don't help either.

I'm sure back in dy UK there's no such problem. Even Guy Fawkes got his deserved fate.

That is a superficial thing to say. Yes it is true of the PTP

But in all fairness the Dems were never given the backing that the PTP enjoys even with out the support of the small parties. Plus the Dems had to deal with a militant opposition. The PTP is in power and has complete control of the militants being as they are on the same side and answer to the same man.

It is like comparing apples to Oranges. The Dems had to satisfy other parties to even tie there shoe laces. The PTP needs no one else.

I am not saying that the Dems could or would have done a better job just that they were never given the chance.
