Parents Go Missing

Parents Go Missing

Police from Pattaya Soi 9 station contacted media outlets in the city and asked that they put out a broadcast in the hope of finding the parents or relatives of a young boy who was found crying and alone on Beach Road on Tuesday the 27th of March. The boy, aged between three and five, had come to the attention of concerned passers-by who had then contacted the police.

They brought him to the Soi 9 station to be taken care of. Unfortunately he was unable to tell police his name or the names of his father and mother or where he lived. After staying at the station on Tuesday night and into Wednesday he was transferred to the Maha Thai shelter where it is hoped his father or mother or at least some close relative will come and claim him soon.

I just wonder if he could be Cambodian....many of them come to Pattaya with young children and act as beggars......anyhow at least he will be cared for for the time being. :D

I wonder if we'll ever out if the poor kid finds his parents?:

Like the Jananese man and his daughter. Did they ever find their wife/mother?

Does anyone ever follow up on these stories?

There are lots of distractions and temptations in Pattaya. I wonder if the parents allowed themselves to be lured into some den of iniquity to fulfil their wanton desires.

Having your son cared for by the police is a lot better than paying baby sitters. :o
