with the provos Martin McGuinness was to be part of the provo

He was flown by Brit army helicopter from the prison he was

lodging in to Belfast to catch the plane to London.

The Brit military who were escorting him noticed he seemed

slightly nervous during the flight and put it down to him never

having been in a helicopter before.

His real problem was that the helicopter was flying rather

low and he was well aware that his pals on the ground had

no way of knowing he was in it.

TWO days to go !!! Haven't been home in 5 months now. Got my plane tickets in hand, my ride from the airport already arranged. Just got to pack a small carry on bag with a few items and I'm good to go !

Trying to think of all the things I want to do when I get home. Don't think two weeks is going to be long enough.

At least the next trip will only be 2 1/2 months later. 5 is a little long (especially in a place like this)
