I'd like to know if she decides to transfer from one school to another, be it university or vocational school, if her credits are transferable. It's always possible we'll move from one area to another. If she finishes one year of a two year vocational school or the university equivilant , would she lose all credit for that or is it likely another similar school would honor it.

In any case totally depends on the institution being asked to accept the credits.

A top-end uni will "discount" learning done at a lower quality place.

And not really my business but I'd strongly advise you encourage your teerak to build up the confidence to reasearch this kind of stuff herself, I've found such programs to be much more effective when the "sponsee" is required to take a large degree of responsibility for being proactive herself rather than the sponsor guiding the process too much. Obviously up to you, just my two cents'.
