It is situated in Baan Nong Khoi which is near Singha Brewery on Mahasarkam Road or near Wishing Tree Resort about 12kms south of Khon Kaen Town. The land is off road rectangular in shape and flat. Land is worth what someone will pay for it, so good luck, certainly the same prices where I live, just south of Loei.

Land has shot up here in the last few years. She has already had a fairly good bid from a thai/chinese man, who obviously knows what he is doing as he is a large land owner in the area unlike the 2 previous poster who seem to be a little backward in their knowledge of Isaan land prices
