I think he meant the American slang for arse instead of front bottom.

Oh Khun Falang according to the recent standard laid out by the telecommunications commission in Thailand, that is an illegal avatar or screen device/icon. Then again, they will be so busy enforcing the cell phone ban that they haven't had time to start on the websites yet.
